Standard Delivery Timeline

- International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but generally take between 7-14 business days after processing. Customs clearance may add additional time.

Refund/Exchange
• A refund policy will be applicable only when you make the payment but the product(s) is/are out of stock.
• In terms of replacement, if the replacement is out of stock only then you can request the funds.
• A refund policy will be applicable if the request for a refund is made within the 3 calendar days.
• In terms of a misplaced or defective product, the product must be sealed, wrapped, and in intact condition (as delivered).
• If the refund request is approved, we will refund your money within 2-3 days via online banking/mobile banking.
• If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will provide support right away.
• If the refund request is approved, we will refund your money within 10 Working days.
So, once the returned item we received, please allow us a maximum timeline of 5-10 business days for the item to be verified and processed in our Returns Department. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment. This refund policy is applicable for certain products if they meet all return conditions as mentioned in the Return Policy.

Terms for Refund

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you want to return your product, you have 3 business days after item delivery, to submit a complaint/request for return. If your product meets all the conditions, the return process will be initiated by calling our customer care service.
Steps To Return
- Check, if the product delivered fills up all return conditions.

CONTACT NOW to place a return request. - Fill up the Return form given with the invoice.
- Please ship it back to our address in the original outer box that it came in, or something sturdy that won’t get crushed in transit.
- Your returned product will go through a quality check to ensure return conditions.
- You will get the return if validated by the eShop.TechBirdit.com return department.
Conditions for return
The product must include the original tags (hand tag, brand tag, or other tags that come with the product), user manual, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, and accessories. Please Make sure the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, not altered, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. Return the product in its original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. Please check the following return conditions for a physical product.
Electronics and Accessories
Return for electronics and accessories is possible if
- The product delivered is damaged (physically destroyed or broken)
- The product delivered is defective (faulty or malfunctioning) condition
- The product delivered is incorrect (not as advertised)
- The product delivered is incomplete (missing parts/accessories)
N.B. Replacement/Exchange is possible depending on the availability of stock. Otherwise, you will get a refund if conditions are met. “Change of mind” / “no longer needed” will not be considered for a return.
Music
Return for music items is possible if
- The product delivered is physically destroyed or broken
- The product delivered is in defective (faulty) condition
- The product delivered is incorrect (not as advertised)
